Accommodation
There are three extremely spacious guest rooms; two double rooms and one twin room, all rooms have en-suite shower rooms. All rooms have colour TV and videos, radio, full central heating, hospitality trays and toiletries. Hairdryers and ironing facilities are available. We also have a sofa bed available in one of the double rooms to accommodate children. We very much regret that we are unable to accept children under 10 years. Full Sky TV package in guest lounge and selection of videos.

Caravan Site
The caravan site is self contained, surrounded by dry stonewalls, mature trees and hedges, enjoying stunning views of the Duddon estuary and the Lakeland fells. The grounds are cared for to the highest standard. There is a slate gravel track running throughout the site giving excellent access to five hard standings. All pitches have electric hook up.
The site also has a modern well maintained centrally heated shower block with disabled access. There are two washrooms each containing washbasin, toilet and shower, there is a further room containing washbasin and toilet. There is a chemical disposal point, wastewater and refuge point with recycling facilities to the side of the shower block. |

There is a separate Certificated Location site containing a further five hard standing pitches with electric hook up, these are for sole use of Caravan Club members, who may use the shower block facilities. DO NOT USE SAT NAV WHEN TOWING.. |
