There are three extremely spacious guest rooms; two double rooms and one twin room, all rooms have en-suite shower rooms. All rooms have digital colour TV, radio, full central heating, hospitality trays, toiletries and hairdryers. Ironing facilities are available. We also have a sofa bed available in one of the double rooms to accommodate children. We very much regret that we are unable to accept children under 10 years. Full Sky TV package in guest lounge.

Caravan Site

The caravan site is self contained, surrounded by dry stonewalls, mature trees and hedges, enjoying stunning views of the Duddon Estuary and the Lakeland fells. The grounds are cared for to the highest standard. There is a slate gravel track running throughout the site giving excellent access to hard standings. All pitches have electric hook up.

The site also has a modern well maintained centrally heated shower block with disabled access. There are two washrooms each containing washbasin, toilet and shower, there is a further room containing washbasin and toilet. There is a chemical disposal point and wastewater facilities to the side of the shower block and refuge point with recycling facilities behind.

There is a separate Certificated Location site with electric hook ups for Caravan Club members who may also use the shower block facilities. DO NOT USE SAT NAV WHEN TOWING. We have now gone DIGITAL.

Caravan Pitch is £15 per night inclusive of electric hook-up and showers.
